We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Please see our Return Policy for the full procedure.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
