Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Articles 6:230o–6:230w of the Dutch Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt has not elapsed.
• The product packaging is sealed and undamaged — the product has not been opened or used.
• The product is in its original condition and packaging.
• You have proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where this is unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons (Article 6:230p(f)(iii) Dutch Civil Code). Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order:

1. Send an email to write-to-usInfo-@grozelonxun.world with the subject line "Return Request — [your order number]".
2. Include your name, order number, and the reason for the return (optional).
3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
4. Pack the product securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.

You may use the EU model withdrawal form, which is available from the European Commission, or any other clear written statement indicating your decision to withdraw.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit.

If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier). The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We will not impose any fees for the refund.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at write-to-usInfo-@grozelonxun.world with a description and, if possible, a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
